Heard the learned advocates for the respective parties.

Having regard to the fact that the appeal has been admitted by framing substantial question of law, by way of ad-interim relief, the impugned judgment and decree dated 13.5.2011 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Court No.4, Bharuch in Regular Civil Appeal No.59 of 2010 is hereby stayed till the final disposal of the appeal.

Considering the nature of the controversy involved in the present appeal, the appeal is expedited.
