Having regard to the submissions advanced by the learned advocates for the respective parties, the Court is of the view that the matter requires consideration. Hence, Admit.

The following substantial question of law arises for determination:

(i)Whether on the facts and in the circumstances of the case, the lower appellate court was justified in holding that the respondent-plaintiff was entitled to a decree of divorce under Section 13(1)(1a) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955?
