This Criminal Petition coming on for Admission, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing the matter for some time, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition.
The said submission is taken on record.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty to the petitioner to make necessary application for her discharge at the relevant stage.
In view of the dismissal of the main petition, I.A.No.1/2019 does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, the same is disposed of.
