(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) Ms.Panchal, learned counsel states that the appellant is agreeable to deposit Rs.10000 within two weeks and Rs.5000 more within two weeks thereafter towards the probable cost of the respondent wife for the present litigation.

In view of the above, Notice returnable on 31.07.2012 on the condition that the appellant deposits the amount of Rs.10000 on or before 10.07.2012. Office to issue the notice only thereafter. If the amount of cost is not deposited, the matter shall be placed for appropriate orders.
