JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) This petition is directed against the judgment of the ITAT rejecting the petitioner's Tax Appeal No.1416 of 2007 by an order dated 13.4.2010. Since against such an order, tax appeal before this Court under Section 260(A) of the Income-Tax Act,1961 is maintainable, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition. On that ground, this petition is dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings, if so desired.
