JUDGMENT / ORDER

This is an application for condonation of delay of 39 days in filing First Appeal (Stamp) No.426 of 2012. This application is not opposed by the respondent.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Considering the contents of the application, it cannot be said that the delay caused in filing the Appeal has remained totally unexplained. Therefore, I am of the view of that the delay caused in filing the appeal deserves to be condoned. Accordingly, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Rule is made absolute.
