By preferring these Civil Applications, the applicant-original petitioner has requested for identical reliefs which he has sought for in the main petitions. Today, as the main matters are not on the Board, with the consent of both the sides, the same is fixed for hearing on 12th June 2012. Resultantly, this Court sees no reason to entertain these Civil Applications at this stage, and therefore, the same are being disposed of. However, this will not amount to construing denial of any relief on merits.
