Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri S. C. Dwivedi learned counsel for the 'Krishi Utpadan Mandi Parishad, U.P., Lucknow'.
Sri S. C. Dwivedi learned counsel for the Krishi Utpadan Mandi Parishad, U.P., Lucknow submits that a decision in compliance of the order dated 23.2.2018 passed by this court in Writ C No.7316 of 2018, M/s Hemant Kumar Sindhi Vs. State of U.P. and others, has been taken and order has been passed. The copy of the order passed by the Krishi Utpadan Mandi Samiti has been served upon the learned counsel for the applicant.
Learned counsel for the applicant Sri Kshitij Shailendra fairly submits that the cause of action in the instant contempt petition does not survive.
The contempt petition is dismissed. It is open to the applicant to pursue his remedy in law against the said order passed by the Krishi Utpadan Mandi Parishad, U.P., Lucknow.
