JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Rajeev Singh,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State through Video Conferencing.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioners assail the F.I.R. lodged against them vide F.I.R./Case Crime No. 0131 of 2021, under Sections 498-A, 323, 313, 504 & 406 I.P.C., Police Station- Krishana Nagar, District- Lucknow.
As per the FIR, it is alleged that miscarriage was taken in the year 2017 due to lack of care.
Both the parties are ready to settle their matrimonial dispute amicably through mediation before this Court.
The petitioner no.1 has volunteered to deposit a sum of Rs. 30,000/- (Thirty Thousands) within two weeks before the Mediation Centre of this Court, out of which, a sum of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousands) shall be given to the opposite party no.3 towards the expenditure which she may incur for participation in the proceedings.
Both the parties shall appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court as soon as the functioning of the mediation centre commences as per the standing orders of the High Court.
List along with the mediation report.
Till then, no coercive measures shall be taken against the petitioner by the police authorities.
