JUDGMENT / ORDER

Sri Dinesh Pathak learned counsel has appeared for respondent and intimated the Court that every time case is listed, Sri P.K. Giri learned counsel for the appliants sends illness slip. Today, there is also an illness slip sent by Sri P.K. Giri learned counsel for the applicants.
In such a view, I direct this case to be listed again on 27.1.2011 in the cause list peremptorily.
It is made clear that no illness slip shall be entertained on the next date.
Interim order is restricted till the next date of listing.
