Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel.
Present writ petition has been filed for the issuance of writ of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to consider the claim of the petitioner for allotment of examination centre in the institution in question for conducting the U.P. Board of High School and Intermediate Examination for the year 2020.
Preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that the present writ petition at the instance of Principal is not maintainable as he has no concern with the affairs of the college and the committee of management may filed the writ petition.
Under these circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he does not want to press the present writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not withdrawn with liberty to file fresh writ petition.
Prayer is accepted.
The writ petition is accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition.
