By means of this writ petition the petitioner has come up to this Court challenging the order dated 26.4.2014 by which application of the petitioner for consolidation of Suit No. 712 of 2007 and 1657 of 2012 was sought as the same is related to the same property.
Let a notice be issued to the respondents returnable at an early date.
