Present Civil Application is filed with a prayer to permit the withdrawal and disbursement of just and reasonable amount as deposited by the appellant insurance company.

In view of the earlier order passed by this Court, it is not appropriate to permit the withdrawal and disbursement of the amount. The minor shall get the interest that may be accrued on the FDR. There is no need to allow the withdrawal of the amount.

In view of the above, the Civil Application stands disposed of.
