Being aggrieved by the the orders of both trial Court and appellate Court rejecting the request of grant of injunction, Special Civil Application No.3900 of 2012 has been preferred.

By moving this Civil Application request is made to allow certain record of documents to be placed before the Court with a view to get assistance from the same at the time of hearing. This Civil Application is allowed permitting the documents to be placed on record as requested. Civil Application stands disposed of in above terms.
