JUDGMENT / ORDER

[1] Heard Mr. Mehul Sharad Shah, learned advocate for the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the reasoned order passed by the Collector had been set aside by the Secretary (Appeals) by impugned order dated 26.11.2012 which is not a reasoned order.
[2] Issue Notice returnable on 30.1.2013.
[3] The parties shall maintain status-quo qua the land bearing Survey No.83 of village Baroi in all respects, including in respect of mutation of further entries, till then.
[4] In addition to the normal mode of service, direct service is also permitted.
