JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the petition was called out and taken up for hearing in first round / session learned advocate for the petitioner was not present. Any request for passover or adjournment was also not made. However hearing was differed to second session.
Even in second call when the petition is called out and taken up for hearing learned advocate for the petitioner is not present. Any request for passover or adjournment is also not made. Hearing is neglected.
Therefore, petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
