1. Under order dated 13.9.2012 this Court has directed the respondent to place on record the copies of policy or circular or guideline or office order related to the issue regarding land losers and allotment of plot to the persons whose lands are acquired.
2. Order is abundantly clear and specific.
3. The Court requires the said policy for considering the issue which arises not only in this petition but time and again in several petitions being preferred by land losers some of which are pending before this Court wherein the issue arises about SCA/14748/2011 2 ORDER policy applicable at the relevant time.
4. Therefore, so as to have holistic view of all policies prevailing from time to time and changes if any, made over period of time in connection with the policies, order dated 13.9.2012 was passed.
5. So as to make things more explicit as requested for by learned advocate for the respondent Corporation, it is clarified that all policy decisions which are taken and implemented (from the first date / time when first such policy was framed and instituted) by the Corporation with regard to the acquisition of land and allotment of land to the land losers may be compiled and placed on record.
For the said purpose further time until 29.10.2012 is granted. S.O. to 29.10.2012.
