Mr.Manoj Shrimali, learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the case of the petitioners is covered by judgment dated 22-10-2012 of this Court passed in Special Civil Application No.4944 of 2012 and connected matters, wherein the matters were remanded to the District Collector for fresh hearing.
Pleader submits that this judgment is not applicable to facts of the present case. However,he prays for time in order to go through the same.
