RULE.

Mr. Ronak Raval, learned AGP waives service of Rule on behalf of the respondent.

Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties and considering the averments made in the application, the application deserves to be allowed and is hereby allowed. The main matter being Special Civil Application No.9577 of 2000 is fixed for final hearing in the week beginning from 2.7.2012.

With these observations, this application is allowed to the aforesaid extent. Rule is made absolute accordingly with no order as to costs.
