The petitioner has claimed appointment under the provisions of dying in harness rules provided under the Government Order dated 5.8.2019.
Without going into the merits of the case, it is directed that the representation filed by the petitioner on 22.12.2020 before the Sub-Divisional Officer, Tehsil Mandiyahoon, District Jaunpur be decided within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. The copy of this order shall be duly certified by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
