JUDGMENT / ORDER

The reasons given for non-filing of the free copy of the bail rejection order in para 13 of the bail application appears to be wholly unsatisfactory one.
Learned AGA prays for and is granted two weeks' further time to verify whether any bail application is pending or not on behalf of the applicant.
The Registrar General is directed to inquire whether in the same offence and in the same case crime any bail application of the applicant has been filed or not.
List after two weeks.
