Sri J.S.Pandey, learned counsel for the respondent has informed the Court that the decree has been executed and the matter has become infructuous.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as having become infructuous.
However, in case this statement is found incorrect, learned counsel for the petitioner is at liberty to move a recall application.
