Present petition has been with following prayer:-
"i. Expedite the proceeding of Case No. 442 (Heera Mani vs. Ram Khelawan), under Section 34 of U.P. Land Revenue Act pending in the Court of Tehsildar, Tehsil Phoolpur, District- Prayagraj and same may be decided within a specific period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
ii. Issue order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may be deem fit and proper under circumstances of the case.
iii. Award the cost of the petition to the petitioner."
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is finally disposed of with the direction to the respondent no.1- Tehsildar, Tehsil Phoolpur, District- Prayagraj to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid case and decide the same on its own merit, in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of self- verified copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment and no unnecessary adjournments shall be granted to the parties and provided the functioning of the court concerned is not affected due to any reason related to COVID- 19 Pandemic as well as the lawyers are not abstaining from the judicial work.
With the aforesaid observations/ directions, the present petition is finally disposed of.
