Vide order dated 12.07.2019, status report of appellant was called for from the Chief Judicial Magistrate concerned. In compliance thereof, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shahjahanpur has sent his report dated 03.08.2019 mentioning therein that the convicted appellant namely Heera Lal has died on 01.05.2019 during treatment in District Hospital, Bareilly.
Since the sole appellant namely Heera Lal has died, therefore, this appeal is dismissed as abated.
