Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record.
This petition has been filed seeking direction to the Sub- Divisional Magistrate Badalpur, District Jaunpur for early decision of Case No. T2016143658024481 of 2016 (Heera Lal Vs. Rajdev and another), under Section 133 Cr.P.C.
Considering the fact that the proceeding under Section 133 Cr.P.C. has remained pending since 19.11.2016 and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate Badalpur, District Jaunpur to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, as expeditiously as possible, necessarily within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
