Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State- respondents.
By means of this writ petition the petitioner has raised a dispute that respondent no.4, who is a private respondent, is encroaching upon the land of the petitioner.
Such a dispute cannot be decided either by the District Magistrate or by this Court. The petitioner has remedy of filing a civil suit for the redressal of his grievances.
The writ petition, for the aforesaid purpose, is not maintainable. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
