Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed an application supported by affidavit to recall the order dated 17.12.2015 whereby the writ petition was dismissed for want of prosecution.
The cause shown in the affidavit filed in support of the restoration application is sufficient to recall the order dated 17.12.2015.
In the light of above, the order dated dated 17.12.2015 is hereby recalled. The writ petition is restored to its original number.
The restoration application is accordingly allowed.
