Heard Mr. R.K. Upadhaya learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA for the State.
The first bail application has been rejected by this Court, vide order dated 14.11.2018. The applicant has filed this second bail application.
By means of this application, the applicant, who is involved in Case Crime No. 142of 2018 under Sections 498-A, 304-B IPC and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, P.S.-Sahatwar, District-Ballia is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial.
No new ground is made out for consideration of second bail application. The second bail application of the applicant is rejected.
However, it is directed that the Court below shall proceed with the trial with all expeditions and try to conclude the same within a period of six months.
