JUDGMENT / ORDER

By way of this petition, the petitioner, who is working as Tutor has prayed that her deputation which has ended in December, 2011, may be extended.
No writ can lie against the employer to compel it to extend deputation of the employee, more particularly, when the deputation has already ended in December, 2011.
Considering the totality, I do not find any merit in the petition. Petition is rejected.
