By the instant petition, petitioner seeks the following relief:
"I. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to decide the Suit No. RST/08035/2018 (Heena Vs. Naseema) under section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within stipulated period."
On perusal of the pleadings and material placed on record, this Court does not find any reason to expedite the suit. In view thereof, writ petition is dismissed.
However, it is provided that in the event of the petitioner making an application to expedite the aforesaid suit pending before the competent court, it is expected that the same shall be considered and decided, in accordance with law.
