JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ext.P1 is the assessment order passed by the 1st respondent against which the petitioner has filed Ext.P2 appeal along with Ext.P3 stay application which are stated to be pending before the 2nd respondent. In the meanwhile, coercive proceedings have been initiated by Ext.P5. It is in this context, the writ petition has been filed. 2. In the above circumstances, it is deemed fit that the appellate authority, the 2nd respondent, be directed to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 stay application within a period of one month from today. It is also directed that in the meanwhile,

2 coercive proceedings pursuant to Ext.P5 shall be kept in abeyance until such orders are passed, which orders shall determine the matter thereafter.
