This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of the order passed by this court in WP(MD)No.10861 of 2013, dated 15.03.2016.
2.Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader would submit that proposal sent for appointment of Mr.T.Sekar as approved as per the order passed in W.P(MD)No.10861 of 2013, dated 15.03.2016.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that representation was sent for approval of the appointment of S.Thavamani, who was working from 01.08.2002 to 31.05.2009, but so far no order was passed by the respondents.
4.Recording the above, this contempt petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to give a fresh representation for approval of the appointment of Thiru.S.Thavamani and on receipt of the same, the respondents shall pass orders as per law. No costs.
