RESPONDENT THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA PRAYING TO DIRECT THE RESPONDENT TO DISPOSE OFF THE APPLICATION FILED U/S 14 OF THE SARFAESI ACT IN C.MIS.NO.30/18 AT ANNEXURE-B BY THE PETITIONER, FORTHWITH.
THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
O R D E R Sri. Suresh V., learned counsel for the petitioner. Smt. Prathima Honnapura, learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondent.
2. Petition is admitted for hearing. With consent of the parties, same is heard finally.
3. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks a direction to the respondent to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act.
4. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the petitioner had filed the application on 12.06.2017. However till today the aforesaid application has not been decided.
5. On the other hand, learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondent submitted that the application submitted by the petitioner shall be dealt with in accordance with law, if not already decided.
6. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to decide the application submitted by the petitioner, by a speaking order within a period of one month from today.
7. Accordingly the petition is disposed of.
