Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code praying to quash the FIR in Cr.No.1843 of 2016 for the offence under
Sections 147,148,294(b),323,324,506(2) IPC and Section 3 TNPPDL Act 1992 which was registered by the first respondent based on the complaint given by the second respondent on 17.04.2016.
These two criminal original petitions are filed seeking to quash the FIR registered in Crime Nos.1842 and 1843 of 2016 against the petitioners in both the petitions.
2. When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the parties submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties and also have filed affidavits.
3. Today, both the parties are present before this Court and their identification also verified. The affidavits filed by the respective parties in these cases are taken on record. Since the parties themselves have settled their issues outside the Court, the compromise entered into between them is recorded.
4. In view of the same, the Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of and F.I.R.No.1842 of 2016 relating to Crl.O.P.No.768 of 2017 and F.I.R.No.1843 of 2016 relating to Crl.O.P.No.944 of 2017 are quashed.
