ROAD, DAVANGERE, TO COMPLY THE DIRECTIONS ISSUED BY THE KARNATAKA STATE BOARD OF AUQAF IN ITS LETTER DATED: 20.12.2017, VIDE ANNEXURE-E, ETC.
THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
O R D E R Mr. V.B.Siddaramaih, learned Counsel for the petitioner.
Mr. Vijaykumar A.Patil, learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents.
The petition is admitted for hearing. With the consent of learned Counsel for the parties, the matter is heard finally.
2. In this writ petition, petitioner, inter alia, seeks for the following relief:
“(i) Issue writ of mandamus or any other writ or order or orders, directing the respondent No.1, the Deputy Commissioner, Davanagere District, Zilladalitha Bhavana, Plot No.77, Karur Industrial Area, Old P.B.Road, Davanagere, to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.12.2017, given by the petitioner, in accordance with law, vide Annexure-F.”
3. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner informed subsequent events which have taken place during the pendency of the writ petition and the writ petition be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation to the Karnataka State Wakf Board with regard to his grievance and the aforesaid Authority be directed to decide the matter in a time bound manner.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission, petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Karnataka State Wakf Board with regard to his grievance. It is needless to state that in case if such representation is filed, the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
