The matter has been heard at length. The petitioners advocate invited this Court's attention to the averments made in the affidavit-in-reply filed by the Chairman of the Wakf Board and submitted that the documents annexed to the affidavit, as R-25 are fabricated and the petitioners have taken this contention in their rejoinder.
Shri Syed, learned advocate appearing for respondent no.4 seeks time to reflect upon this by way of appropriate affidavit. Documents produced by Shri Hakim, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners are taken on record. S.O. to 18.04.2012. No further time shall be granted.
The advocates for all the parties are to make arrangements for proceeding with the matter on the next date of hearing i.e. 18.04.2012, as serious issues are involved in this matter.
