Sri Vibu Rai, holding brief of Sri Anoop Trivedi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that this writ petition has become infructuous inasmuch as the possession of the disputed premises has already been handed over to the petitioners.
In view of the statement so made the petition is dismissed as infructuous.
