The petitioner herein seek for quashing of the First Information Report dated 19.8.2021 registered as Case Crime No.0111 of 2021, under Section 2/3 of Gangster Act, P.S- Chhata, District- Agra.
From a bare perusal of the first information report, it cannot be said that the petitioner has not been involved in any anti social activities or the offence under Section 2/3 of the U.P. Gangsters Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act' 1986, is not made out.
We, therefore, do not find it a fit case to interfere, as any interference at this stage may impede the process of speedy investigation.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
