Cause shown is sufficient to recall the order dated 9.5.2018.
The application is, accordingly, allowed. The order dated 9.5.2018 dismissing the writ petition for want of prosecution is hereby recalled and the petition is restored to its original number.
(Order on writ petition) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri S.M.Shukla, learned counsel appearing for the Nagar Nigam-respondent no.4 and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State- respondents.
The petitioner has come up to this Court for renewal of licence no. 419 for the meat shop situate at Ghatya Ajamkham, Police Station Haripavat, Agra.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner may approach the authority concerned, i.e. the Department of Food Safety and Drug Administration,U.P., who may consider the application of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as far as possible, within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order along with a fresh application is presented before the authority concerned.
