JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner, alleging that she has been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 354 A(1)(iii), 506 (1) of I.P.C., and Section 67 of I.T.Act and Sections 3(1)(x) and 3(1)(xi) of SC/ST (POA) Act, seeks a direction to the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai, to consider and dispose of her application that will be filed by her under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on the same day of her surrender before him in connection with Cr.No. 573 of 2017 on the file of the respondent.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
3. Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioner is prepared to surrender before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioner along with her surrender before that Court, on the same day on merits and pass appropriate orders.
The criminal original petition is ordered accordingly.
