Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner was appointed as Assistant Teacher after selection process was over.

Learned counsel for the respondent nos.4 and 5 contends that he has instructions to say in context of Annexure-4 that order dated 10.2.2009 was cancelled vide order dated 20.5.2011. In such circumstances, the selection process could not have been completed and the petitioner could not have been appointed.

Let counter affidavit be filed by respondent nos.4 and 5.

Let notice be served on respondent no.6, returnable in two weeks.

Respondent nos.1 to 3 are also directed to file reply.
