An affidavit of compliance has been filed by opposite party after serving its copy on counsel for the applicant. The stand taken by the opposite party is that he has passed an order on 31.8.2018 for payment of retiral dues to the applicant and in pursuance of the said direction, according to the opposite party, a sum of Rs.10 lakh and odd has been transferred to the saving bank account of the applicant. A copy of the pass book has also been brought on record to show that a sum of Rs.10,30,025/- has been credited in his account on 4.9.2018. The pension payment order dated 22.9.2018 has also been brought on record.
There is no one to controvert the stand taken by opposite party in the affidavit of compliance.
Having regard to the same, this Court is not inclined to proceed any further in the instant matter.
Notice issued to the opposite party is accordingly discharged. The contempt application is consigned to record.
