JUDGMENT / ORDER

Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 17.04.2012, the DCP, North Zone, Baroda City is present in the Court today.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr. L.B. Dabhi submits that inspite of repeatedly reminding the ACP, 'D' Division, North Baroda to remain present, he has not done so, has not given any co-operation and also went on leave.
At this juncture, learned Senior Counsel Mr. P.M. Thakkar appearing for the applicant requests for time. Hence, the matter be listed on 30th April, 2012.
