JUDGMENT / ORDER

Session trial is fixed for statement under Section 313 Cr.P.C. Report from the trial Judge dated 14.1.2011 indicates that the trial Judge is making effort to conclude the trial. He is directed to conclude the trial positively within two months.
At this stage, I do not find any reason to grant bail to the applicant Hassu Pahalwan @ Haneef. His bail prayer is, therefore, declined and is rejected.
