JUDGMENT / ORDER

Call for a report from the trial Judge as to why he has not taken stringent action issuing non-bailable warrant and attachment of the salary and arrest of the Investigating Officer who is not observing subpoena issued by him through the D.G.P. and A.D.G. Law and Order, Lucknow, U.P.
The trial Judge is directed to furnish his explanation why he is not taking adequate interest in concluding the trial.
Copy of this order is directed to be faxed to the trial Judge within two days, who is directed to send his explanation to this Court within ten days.
List this bail application again on 20.1.2011 in the cause list.
