JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. RULE.
Shri Mehul Shah, learned advocate waives service of notice of rule on behalf of the original applicants.
2. Civil Application No. 4219/2012 has been preferred by the applicants to delete the names of respondents nos. 2, 5, 7, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 17 and join the persons mentioned in paragraph 2 of the application as respondents in the main Civil Revision Application as they are the present trustees of Hasrat Mohhammad Shah Dargah Sharif Trust.
3. Having heard the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective parties and as the application is not opposed by the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the original applicants, the present application is allowed and the prayer in terms of paragraph 4(a) is hereby granted. Rule is made absolute accordingly to the aforesaid extent.
4. Registry is directed to amend the cause title of the main Civil Revision Application accordingly.
5. In view of the order passed in Civil Application No. 4219/2012, no further order is required to be passed in Civil Application No. 3802/2012 and the same is accordingly disposed of.
