The learned counsel for the petitioners states that pursuant to order dated 16.04.2019 passed in earlier Writ-C No.10291 of 2019, an order has been passed on 03rd June, 2019, which needs to be challenged.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners prays to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition challenging the aforesaid order.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
Sri V.K. Dixit has appeared for the respondents 1, 2 and 3; and Sri V.K. Upadhyay for the respondent no.5. Whenever a fresh petition is filed, copy of the same shall be served upon them.
