Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A for the State.
The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants, Hasnoor and Habib Khan @ Habboo, with a prayer to release them on bail in Case No. 3580 of 2020, Case Crime No.59 of 2020, under Sections-452, 323, 325, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station- Chandapa, District-Hathras, during pendency of trial.
Applicants have been implicated in this case and there is cross version of the incident. Injuries has been suffered by both the parties.
In view of paragraph 43 of the judgement dated 05.04.2021 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application u/s438 Cr.P.C No.2110 of 2021, Shivam Vs. State of U.P. and another, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable.
It is, accordingly, rejected.
