1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant. It is stated at the bar that Regular Civil Suit No.375/2000 filed by the appellant-Pravinsinh Zala before the trial Court at Wankaner has been withdrawn and therefore, the observations made in Para-3 of the order dated 20.01.2011 passed in the captioned Appeal from Order may be modified appropriately.

2. In view of the above statement, the directions issued by this Court in the order in question in respect of Regular Civil Suit No.375/2000 will not apply to the facts of the case. Accordingly, the application stands disposed of.
