Learned senior advocate Shri Sanjanwalla has brought on record, compromise arrived at by and between the parties dated 27th December 2011. Pursuant to the said settlement, he has filed note dated 21st February 2012 seeking withdrawal of this Appeal. Learned advocate Shri Prajapati appearing for the respondent-original plaintiff also concurs the said request.
